Holywell play in a step three Welsh League – the Welsh Alliance. They are one of the rare clubs at this level with floodlights and stand. There’s only three or four clubs per step three division that have either stand or floodlights – most have neither. This division, along with the Mid Wales League and the Welsh National league feed into the Cymru Alliance, the North Wales second tier league.
